Congratulations to Candy Gil for being our Top Producer and Top Listing Agent. Candy had $900,000 in closings from the beach area to the north side of Jacksonville. She takes great care of her customers anywhere in the northeast Florida area.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our Top Sales Agent for the month is Mirtha Barzaga who is a consistent top producer. Mirtha helped 3 families buy or sell homes this month.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The top producing team for January is Lynn and Allen Whitley who helped 3 families close on homes in January.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Top Sales team for the month is Shelley and Tim Nemethy with $1.2 Million in sales. The Nemethy Group had all price ranges and locations covered just helping whoever is referred to them.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our Jacksonville Beach Top Producer and Top Sales is Matt Roberts. Matt had 2 closings and 2 sales for the month.

Three Davidson Realty agents named to Realty-Builder “40 Under 40”

Congratulations to three of our Realtors on being named to the 2018 Realty-Builder “40 Under 40” list! Steve Rodriguez, Caitlyn Hawkins and Matt Roberts were included in the elite list of pros who were nominated by industry peers.

Davidson Realty Agents finish 2018 strong! Congratulations to our Top Realtors for a great December and Fourth Quarter.

Before we spring forward to 2019 we take time to commend our Top Producers for their outstanding performance in December and the Fourth Quarter.

 

Our overall Top Producer for December is Mirtha Barzaga with over $2 million closings for the month.  Mirtha is also Top Listing Agent of the month as well as Tops Sales and Top Lister for the Fourth Quarter.  Mirtha proves she is one of the elite in this industry.  Her consistently high performance is a testimony on the importance she places on serving her customers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our overall Top Sales Agent for December is Candy Gil with over $1 million in sales.  It is not surprising that Candy is also to be recognized as our Top Beach Sales Agent for the Fourth Quarter.  Her passion for helping her customers buy and sell anywhere in the first coast is evidenced by her high level of achievements.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our overall Top Producing Team for December is Ann Kuss and Jeanie Oehrle. This dynamic duo is not new to receiving these types of accolades.  They continue to reach high levels of success in their business.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our overall Top Sales Team for the month and quarter as well as our overall Top Producing Team for the Fourth Quarter is the Nemethy Group.  Shelley and Tim Nemethy finished the quarter with over $1.7 million in closings as well as over $1.7 million in sales. Now that is a nice combination of achievements from a fabulous husband and wife team!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our Tops at our Jacksonville Beach office include Top Producer for the month Jennifer Todd, Top Sales Agent for the month Matt Roberts and Top Beach Producer for the Quarter Steve Rodriguez.   A special thanks and acknowledgment to these three beach agents who maintained their businesses at top levels while simultaneously taking part of a group who represented Davidson Realty in the charitable Jacksonville Beach Deck the Chairs Event this past holiday season.

Davidson agent Matt Roberts bridges passion for home improvement with real estate success

After Matt Roberts renovated his home in 2012, he realized he was hooked. It wasn’t long before Matt recognized that home buyers and sellers could benefit from his passion for renovation.

 

When Matt and his wife bought and renovated their Jacksonville Beach home, he was working as an automotive service advisor. Matt completed his first project and immediately set out to learn more, teaming up with business partner and Someday Homes CEO Branden Adams. Matt studied the ins and outs of renovating homes so he could take on his next project.

 

“I quickly learned that I enjoyed doing renovations and working on houses more than I liked my full-time job. We started working on friends’ primary homes and rental properties that they wanted upgraded or had problems with,” said Matt, who was putting in 16-hour days between work and renovating.

 

After friends began asking him about the real estate side, Matt decided to take his hobby to the next level and earned his real estate license in 2016. He joined the team at Davidson Realty and launched his new full-time career, helping customers to buy and sell primary and investment properties.

 

Matt’s most recent renovation is located at 2858 Loran Drive West in Jacksonville, near University Boulevard West. Said Matt, “The location of this particular home is what first caught my eye. Once I got inside, saw the layout and potential for what it could look like, I was sold.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Matt credits valuable partners like Adams and friend Ryan Wetherhold with helping him manage the renovation process, including planning and budgeting, design, vendor coordination and construction.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Loran Drive is Matt’s third total renovation. He listed the home on June 13 and had multiple offers on the first day. The home was under contract the next day.

 

Matt now looks forward to taking on his next project.

 

Said Matt, “Starting out on the renovation side helped me understand homes from the inside out.” He said this enables him to pass along insights to buyers on potential issues and upgrade costs, as well as recommend trusted service providers.

Davidson Realty sponsors party deck at Void charity golf outing

While golfers at Void’s charity golf outing Let Freedom Swing were hitting the links, our agents were ready on the party deck to provide plenty of refreshments and entertainment!

 

Davidson Realty served as official Party Deck Sponsor for Let Freedom Swing on Friday, May 25, at Hidden Hills Golf Club in Jacksonville. Agents provided drinks, games and prizes for the event’s 144 golfers after they completed their rounds. We also sponsored the event’s photo lounge.

 

Proceeds from the event went to Combat2College, which provides assistance to military veterans seeking higher education.

 

“The weather was perfect and everyone had a great time gathering to support the efforts of Combat2College,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson. “My thanks to all our fantastic agents who came out and helped with the event.”
