Bonnie Weinstein knows all about making dreams come true. Growing up in Northeast Pennsylvania, Bonnie always dreamed of moving to Florida. Six years ago, she made her dream a reality by making Northeast Florida her new home. Now, Bonnie has joined the Davidson Realty team and is ready to help her clients’ dreams come true, too! 

 

Bonnie comes to Davidson Realty with an extensive background in both business and real estate. The mentor and mentee meet frequently to discuss processes to build their business including lead generating strategies, creating a listing package, and understanding contracts and listing agreements,” shares Andrea Gallagher. 

 

Davidson Realty also organizes group coaching sessions, a book club series, and goal setting and yearly business planning workshops. Sherry Davidson and Andrea Gallagher are both certified mentors for Brian Buffini’s Real Estate training courses and teach his classes in offices regularly. These training sessions are for all experience levels of agents and are endorsed by the National Association of Realtors.  

 

Along with the in-person training and mentoring, Davidson Realty Agents receive business, marketing, and technical support. Davidson Realty has an in-house graphic designer to design and coordinate mailings of flyers, postcards, invitations, pop-by tags, and more for customer and community events. Agents have access to a transaction management system for all their transaction document needs as well as listing services such as MLS listings, contract maintenance, and text riders for signs. Davidson Realty Welcomes New Agent Shauna Huddleston

Serving others has been instilled in Shauna Huddleston from an early age. The Jacksonville native spent most of her childhood traveling the world as her father was in the United States Air Force before eventually settling back in Saint Augustine, Florida. 

 

Shauna spent twenty-five years in the medical field using her passion of caring for the well-being of others every day. Shauna retired in 2015 from the healthcare field and quickly found excitement for property management. After spending nearly five years helping people find their perfect apartment home, Shauna Huddleston is fulfilling her grandmother’s wish to pursue a career in real estate and Davidson Realty is thrilled that she has joined our team of real estate experts. 

 

“Shauna is a great and very welcomed addition to our team. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having a background in property management services,” shares Andrea Gallagher, Davidson Realty Sales, and Training Manager. “Transitioning into a full-service real estate advisor helping customers buy, sell or rent seems only fitting and natural for her skill set and abilities.”

In her spare time, Shauna loves spending time with her family and friends. Shauna has been married for twenty years to a retired St. Johns County Deputy Sheriff and has two amazing children, two “bonus” kids, and a three-year-old Chihuahua! Some of Shauna’s favorite activities include traveling, camping, snorkeling, and paddleboarding. Shauna is also very active in the community and tries to do as much charitable work as possible.

Our new Davidson Realty Agent, Kim Baum, checks all of those boxes.

 

Kim comes to Davidson Realty after an extensive career in education, most recently in the St. Johns County School District, and as a previous owner of several rental properties.

 

“After my first meeting with Kim I knew she would make an excellent addition to our team and was hoping she would choose Davidson Realty,” shares Andrea Gallagher, Davidson Realty Sales and Training Manager. “With her level of commitment and past years’ experiences working in our local school and community she embodies what we deem essential in being a great real estate advisor which is putting people first.”

In her free time, Kim and her husband enjoy traveling the world and playing golf together as much as possible. Kim also has a huge heart for animals and has rescued many dogs, cats, and horses over the years.

We’ve created a series of videos to showcase what makes Davidson different from the average real estate company. Last month, we shared a video on agent earnings here at Davidson Realty, and how our Jacksonville and St. Augustine Realtors average higher average incomes than most Northeast Florida Realtors.  Now we’d like to provide a sneak peek of our training program for new and seasoned agents alike.

Davidson Realty agents participate in Buffini & Company’s Peak Producers training, a 16-week-course that teaches the habits, attitude and skills to be a Peak Producer.
