The First Annual Davidson Cares 5K & Kid’s Fun Run Delivered Huge Support for our Schools!

The rain didn’t slow us down! The first annual Davidson Cares’ 5k & Kid’s Fun Run took place Saturday, February 8th in World Golf Village and even though the weather did not cooperate with us, we still had close to 100 runners and walkers come out to support our local neighborhood schools. We had great kid’s activities happening from 10 am to 2 pm, including giant hamster balls on a racing track, laser tag, face painting, air tattoos, and more. And, Arthur Crofton from Lite 96.1 WEJZ’s morning show came out to draw the winner for the Davidson Cares’ $2500 Vacation Raffle – Congratulations to Dennis Ryan and thank you to Arthur! Read more

Davidson Cares’ 5k & Kid’s Fun Run Takes Over World Golf Village on February 8th!

If you haven’t already heard, World Golf Village is the place to be on Saturday, February 8th! That’s right, Davidson Cares is taking over The Village to support our local St. Johns County public schools, including Wards Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School. There will be all kinds of great family fun activities, all of which benefits our schools.

The Davidson Cares’ 5k will begin at 11 am (registration at 9:45 am) in The Village. Runners, walkers, strollers and dogs are all welcome to participate. The race will be chipped and timed for runners and walkers and it’s open to all ages! Adults pay $25 until February 1st and then $30 up to and on race morning. It’s $10 for children 16 years or younger then $15 after February 1st. Teachers and school staff only pay $20 (email Peyton at pdavidson@davidsonrealtyinc.com to get the coupon code). Davidson Cares’ Novemberfest Fundraiser Raises Over $8,000 for St. Johns County Schools!

With over $8,000 raised for Wards Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School in a single night, we are just getting started! We had a wonderful night at Mile Marker Brewing for Davidson Cares’ Second Annual Novemberfest fundraiser rocking out to Dos Gringos, grubbing on Moe’s Taco Bar and bidding on awesome silent auction and raffle items all in the name of St. Johns County Schools. Davidson Cares’ Novemberfest is Back by Popular Demand – Get Your Tickets for the Fundraiser on November 8th!

The best fundraiser of the year is back and better than ever! Davidson Cares’ 2nd Annual Novemberfest is happening on Friday, November 8th at Mile Marker Brewing beginning at 7 pm. Come out to enjoy the best local brews (and wine), Moe’s Southwest Grill Taco Bar, live music by Dos Gringos and awesome silent auction/raffle items all to benefit our local St. Johns County Schools, including Mill Creek Elementary, Wards Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School. Tickets are $25 and $20 goes directly to the four schools mentioned above. All proceeds from the raffle and silent auction items go directly to the schools! A big thank you to Title Sponsor Bank of England for helping to make this event possible.

Davidson Cares 2.0 – More Fundraisers and More Money for our Local Schools!

We couldn’t be more excited to launch Davidson Cares 2.0! As many of you know, Davidson Cares is the corporate giving program of Davidson Realty and the Davidson Companies. We offer support for local schools in the World Golf Village area, including Mill Creek Elementary, Wards Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School. For the 2012 – 2013 year, we donated a total of $11,300 in less than six months to the four schools and this year we plan on raising the bar even higher!

Travel Raffle: Oct. 28 – Feb. 8

Get ready for some awesome fundraising events! We are kicking off our fundraising efforts with our $2500 Travel Raffle. You could win $2500 towards a vacation for you and your family, while supporting our local schools at the same time! The Davidson Cares Travel Raffle is a chance to win $2500 for travel, including airfare, accommodations and entertainment for the trip you and your family want to take.
