Davidson’s autumn time pumpkin party keeps agents and customers connected

For the second year, Davidson Realty has celebrated the season with an autumn-time staple: pumpkins! The 2nd Annual Pumpkin Party in late October gave agents an opportunity to connect with past and current customers and business partners by inviting them to the Davidson offices for some fall-themed fun.
Attendees enjoyed participating in crafts, watching It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown movie, treats like popcorn and sweets, and of course, pumpkins, which the agents gave out in gratitude. For customers and partners who couldn’t make it, agents surprised them with a “pumpkin pop-by.”
“Buying a home is a huge life event and I typically get to know my customers very well,” said Davidson agent Erin Mount, who gave out 25 pumpkins. “I feel grateful people choose to work with me and events like this are a just a little token of my appreciation.”

Davidson Realtor Mirtha Barzaga Hosts Back to School Supply Drive August 5th & 6th!

Top Realtor Mirtha Barzaga is always giving back to our community and schools. Her Back to School Supply Drive follows her annual food and toy drive during the holiday season. Join her in helping a child in need in the St. Johns County school system by purchasing needed school supplies such as backpacks, lunch boxes, pencils, Fiskars Scissors, gluesticks and more.

Mirtha will be collecting items for children in kindergarten through eighth grade at the World Golf Village’s King & Bear Amenity Center on Saturday, August 5th between 12 and 3 pm and the Heritage Landing Amenity Center on Sunday, August 6th between 12 and 3 pm. Read more

Congrats to our Top Producing Agents for June and the 2nd Quarter!

The ladies came out on top for June and the 2nd Quarter of 2017! All our Realtors did an amazing job bringing in $12 million in sales during the month and 44 closings (totaling $13.6 million). We had 33 different agents with closings during June.
