Mirtha Barzaga Wears the Triple Crown for September and 3rd Quarter Tops!

Team Davidson finished out September and the 3rd Quarter with a bang! Our Jacksonville Realtors had $6.7 million in sales and over $8.5 million in closings for the month of September and $24.3 million in sales and $21.7 million in closings for the 3rd Quarter. Thirty different agents contributed closings for the quarter! Congratulations to all of our hard-working Realtors, especially Ms. Mirtha Barzaga who exceeded all expectations this quarter!

Mirtha Barzaga is the Top Listing Agent, Top Sales Agent and Top Producer for September. She had over $2.1 million in sales for September and over $1.4 million in closings. Mirtha sold three of her listings during the month for a total of $750,000. She sold one new construction with Inland Homes, two resales in World Golf Village and a home in Ponte Vedra Beach. She had five new construction closings, one with Inland Homes, one with D.R. Horton, one with Standard Pacific and two with Legacy Builders of North Florida. Hard Work Pays Off with Great Numbers in July – Congrats to Maxine, Mirtha and The Cakes!

July brought many reasons to celebrate.  We hit our residential home sales goals; 24 of our hard working Jacksonville Realtors logged sales or closings; and, as a bonus, Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson was named one of The Jacksonville Business Journal’s Women of Influence for 2013! Team Davidson boasted total sales of $7.6 million and closings of $6.6 million in July. Congratulations to Maxine Levy, Mirtha Barzaga and Pauline and Woody Cake for making it to the top!

The Top Listing Agent for the month of July is Maxine Levy with over $850,000 in listings sold and total sales over $950,000. Maxine sold three of her own listings, including land to a builder for new construction in Green Cove Springs, a condominium in Fleming Island, and a home in Turnberry (a World Golf Village community). Celebrating Outstanding Numbers for June and the Second Quarter – Congrats to Ted, Pauline and Mirtha!

More great news for the Northeast Florida real estate market! We are seeing improvement in home prices, sales prices and we are receiving multiple offers on homes. Our Jacksonville Realtors had over $9.5 million in sales and over $8.4 million in closings for the month of June. Even more impressive, our Realtors posted $31 million in sales and $25 million in closings for the second quarter! Congratulations to Ted Tyndall, Pauline Cake and Mirtha Barzaga for topping the charts!

The Top Listing Agents for June are Pauline Cake and her husband Woody Cake with over $500,000 in listings sold and over $1.3 million in total sales. The Cake Team sold two of their own listings during the month in Turnberry, along with a home in Heritage Landing, King & Bear and Murabella. Pauline and Woody are also our Top Producers for the second quarter with over $3.1 million in closings. They had eleven properties close, ten of which were in World Golf Village. MAY IS BANNER MONTH with Over $9 Million in Sales and $11.7 Million in Closings – Congratulations to Pauline, Mirtha and Suzy!

May was our best month since July 2007 with over $9 million in sales and over $11 million in closings! Also during May, Davidson Realty was named the number one Best Place to Work in Jacksonville by the Jacksonville Business Journal for the third time and all our agents and staff had a blast cheering on the Braves and Cubs in our annual agent baseball contest (Go Cubs!). We had 24 agents with transactions in May, but we have to give special congratulations to the three ladies that seem to remain on top – Pauline Cake, Mirtha Barzaga and Suzy Evans!

Pauline Cake and her husband Woody Cake have been top performers all year and May is no different. They are our Top Listing Agents with $800,000 in listings sold. They sold two of their own listings in the King & Bear Community in World Golf Village. Pauline and Woody were our Top Producers in April, Top Listing Agents in March and Top Producers in February. April Brings Highest Sales Since 2006!

April was an outstanding month for everyone at The Davidson Companies!  We had 29 different agents with sales in April for a total of $13.8 million; our highest sales since March of 2006! In other great news, 30% of our sales and closings for the month were new home construction. Congratulations to Mirtha Barzaga and the Cake Team (Pauline and Woody) for coming out on top!

The Top Listing Agent and Top Sales Agent for April is Mirtha Barzaga with over $1.5 million in listings sold and over $800,000 in buyer’s sales for total sales of over $2.3 million. Mirtha had 10 sales in April, two of which were new home construction with Inland Homes. She sold five of her own listings! Mirtha was our Top Listing Agent in January, February and for the first quarter. She was also the Top Sales Agent in January. Congratulations on a very successful month, Mirtha! Read more
