Yana Austin

Yana Austin comes to Davidson Realty excited and eager to help her clients find their dream homes. As a resident of North Florida since 1995, Yana loves sharing all the wonderful things that make the First Coast such a wonderful place to live with her clients. “Yana is a wonderful addition to the Davidson Realty Team. She treats her clients like family and is a wonderful advocate for them through the process of buying and selling a home. Yana’s passion for people makes her a joy to work with,” shares Davidson Realty President, Sherry Davidson. Prior to moving to the Sunshine State, Yana lived in Belarus and is fluent in Russian. When she is not working, Yana is likely cheering on her two kids on the soccer field! 

 

Julia Simon

With more than a decade of managing and planning experience, Julia Simon is joining the team of real estate experts at Davidson Realty. Julia has a passion for service and, as an active member of the Northeast Florida community, is ready to serve her clients as they find their next home or investment property. “Davidson Realty is excited to welcome Julia to the team! Julia is hardworking and will go the extra mile for her clients to ensure they truly love where they live. Julia’s knowledge of the area along with her heart for service will be true assets to her clients,” shares Davidson. 

 

Melissa Lampugnano

Melissa Lampugnano comes to Davidson Realty with more than twenty years of experience in the field of internet technology. Along with her extensive experience in technology, Melissa enjoys networking and meeting new people. In 2021, Melissa established her own business dedicated to helping businesses connect to the community through various events. Melissa’s now making the transition to real estate and ready to bring her multitude of talents to serve her clients. “Melissa is dedicated and a tremendous resource to her clients. Bonnie Weinstein knows all about making dreams come true. Growing up in Northeast Pennsylvania, Bonnie always dreamed of moving to Florida. Six years ago, she made her dream a reality by making Northeast Florida her new home. Now, Bonnie has joined the Davidson Realty team and is ready to help her clients’ dreams come true, too! 

 

Bonnie comes to Davidson Realty with an extensive background in both business and real estate. Her knowledge of the market, perseverance, and customer service skills make her a true joy to work with. “I believe my clients appreciate my flexibility, low-pressure sales, patience, and ability to hear what they want,” shares Bonnie.

Davidson Realty Welcomes New Agent Shauna Huddleston

Serving others has been instilled in Shauna Huddleston from an early age. The Jacksonville native spent most of her childhood traveling the world as her father was in the United States Air Force before eventually settling back in Saint Augustine, Florida. 

 

Shauna spent twenty-five years in the medical field using her passion of caring for the well-being of others every day. Shauna retired in 2015 from the healthcare field and quickly found excitement for property management. After spending nearly five years helping people find their perfect apartment home, Shauna Huddleston is fulfilling her grandmother’s wish to pursue a career in real estate and Davidson Realty is thrilled that she has joined our team of real estate experts. 

 

“Shauna is a great and very welcomed addition to our team. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having a background in property management services,” shares Andrea Gallagher, Davidson Realty Sales, and Training Manager. “Transitioning into a full-service real estate advisor helping customers buy, sell or rent seems only fitting and natural for her skill set and abilities.”

In her spare time, Shauna loves spending time with her family and friends. Shauna has been married for twenty years to a retired St. Johns County Deputy Sheriff and has two amazing children, two “bonus” kids, and a three-year-old Chihuahua! Some of Shauna’s favorite activities include traveling, camping, snorkeling, and paddleboarding. Shauna is also very active in the community and tries to do as much charitable work as possible.

Davidson Realty Welcomes New Agent Kim Baum

Our new Davidson Realty Agent, Kim Baum, checks all of those boxes.

 

Kim comes to Davidson Realty after an extensive career in education, most recently in the St. Johns County School District, and as a previous owner of several rental properties.

 

“After my first meeting with Kim I knew she would make an excellent addition to our team and was hoping she would choose Davidson Realty,” shares Andrea Gallagher, Davidson Realty Sales and Training Manager. “With her level of commitment and past years’ experiences working in our local school and community she embodies what we deem essential in being a great real estate advisor which is putting people first.”

In her free time, Kim and her husband enjoy traveling the world and playing golf together as much as possible. Kim also has a huge heart for animals and has rescued many dogs, cats, and horses over the years.
