John Geter transitions from biomedical engineering to real estate at Davidson Realty

We recently welcomed John Geter to the Davidson Realty sales team! John is a United States Air Force veteran with years of experience in biomedical engineering.

 

“Thanks to his engineering background John is very detail-oriented, and well versed in buying and selling from his years in the military. We are happy to have John on the Davidson team,” said Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty.

 

Originally from Atlanta, John served in the U.S. Air Force, during which time he relocated frequently. He earned a degree in biomedical engineering and worked with medical and research facilities including Duke University, Wake Forest University and the Baptist Health Care Network.

Prior to launching her real estate career, Patti operated a landscaping company in Colorado for 20 years. She grew the company to become a multimillion-dollar organization. Patti moved to Northeast Florida in 2017 where she decided to redirect her professional focus toward real estate.

Sarah Nelson joins sales team at Davidson Realty

We are happy to welcome Sarah Nelson to our real estate sales team! Sarah brings to her new role extensive experience in hospitality.

Sarah previously worked in hospitality services for several local golf communities. She credits her personal home buying experiences as well as a dedication to customer service as motivation for pursuing her passion for real estate. Sarah is also knowledgeable in the Northeast Florida rental market.

 

She enjoys spending quality time with her two sons and supporting her husband’s law enforcement career. In her spare time, Sarah likes researching new decorating ideas and repurposing furniture.

 

She works out of Davidson’s World Golf Village office.

Brian Crocket shifts from hospitality to real estate at Davidson Realty

We are pleased to welcome Brian Crocket to the sales team at Davidson Realty! Brian has more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and customer service.

 

“Brian has an intuitive approach to customer service,” said Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty. “He’s accustomed to listening to the needs of customers and going out of his way to help.”

 

A native of Michigan, Brian earned a psychology degree from Eastern Michigan University. He has garnered more than 20 years of experience in restaurant management, leading operations for eateries like Jacksonville’s Grub Burger Bar and BJ’s Restaurant.

 

Brian looks forward to utilizing his expertise and passion for helping people to guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process. He works out of Davidson’s World Golf Village office.

 

Brian and his wife are parents to five children, with whom they enjoy exploring the St. Augustine sights, playing catch and running around at the park. He is also a big fan of Detroit sports teams.

Tammy Peacock joins sales team at Davidson Realty

Tammy is a native of McDonough, Georgia and relocated to Florida in 2008. She boasts an extensive background in sales and special event planning for country clubs. Tammy also specializes in staging and design.

 

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters at the beach or anywhere on the First Coast.

 

Tammy works out of Davidson’s World Golf Village office.
