Davidson Realty offers brand new Buffini real estate course for agents

Davidson Realty invites all local real estate agents to attend Pathway to Mastery, a newly launched training course from Buffini & Company. The firm will host the eight-week course at two locations:

  • World Golf Village office, every Monday from March 25 to May 13 (9 to 11 a.m.)
  • Jacksonville Beach office, every Wednesday from March 27 to May 15 (9:30 to 11:30 a.m.)

Buffini describes the Pathway to Mastery course as “a deep dive into lead generation, negotiation strategies, buyer and seller tactics, and more.” The production-focused course was developed for new and experienced Realtors. Buffini reported more than 6,000 enrollments since its launch in January.

 

In addition to instruction, students will have access to Buffini’s Online Resource Center and contact management tool, Referral Maker® CRM.

 

The course will be led by Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson and Sales and Training Manager Andrea Gallagher. Both are Buffini & Company Certified Mentors.

Davidson Realty Plans Open Event To Help Agents Understand “Know Before You Owe” Rule

We are excited to invite all real estate agents to join us on Thursday, September 15 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at our Jacksonville Beach office to better understand TRID, also known as the TILA-RESPA (Truth In Lending Act-Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act) Integrated Disclosure rule.

The event will be led by Troy Silhan with Bank of England Mortgage and William Li, Esq. with Landmark Title. Troy and William will discuss changes to contracts as a result of TRID, national and local timeline adjustments for closings and important details agents need to better communicate with customers. Realtor Training at Davidson Includes Buffini & Company’s Renowned Peak Producers Program and an Unmatched Mentoring Program

We’ve created a series of videos to showcase what makes Davidson different from the average real estate company. Last month, we shared a video on agent earnings here at Davidson Realty, and how our Jacksonville and St. Augustine Realtors average higher average incomes than most Northeast Florida Realtors.  Now we’d like to provide a sneak peek of our training program for new and seasoned agents alike.

In the video, you will see some of our agents learning from the master himself, Brian Buffini of Buffini & Company. Davidson Realty agents participate in Buffini & Company’s Peak Producers training, a 16-week-course that teaches the habits, attitude and skills to be a Peak Producer. Holly Harvey, Closing Manager of the Law Offices of Curtis & Associates, explains the series of discussions she leads to educate agents on contracts, surveys, title policies and more.
