Our Realtors finished the year strong! We had almost $7 million in sales and over $6 million in closings for the month of December, which led to a great last quarter for our team. Another strong month for Team Davidson in November! We had $5.2 million in sales and 30 closings during the month totaling $7.7 million. Davidson Realty donates time and funding to St. Johns Housing Partnership on Make A Difference Day

Our thanks to the wonderful group of Davidson agents who gathered on Saturday, October 22, to mark the 25th annual Make A Difference Day by volunteering with St. Johns Housing Partnership! Davidson Realty also donated $1,000 to SJHP.

Liz Pappaceno, Terri Otterman, Anita McNeill, Franco D’Orazio, Margherite Myers, Patricia Lee, Shirley Barber, Shelley Nemethy and her husband Tim, all joined Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson to lend a hand with hurricane clean-up for nearly 80 low-income seniors in apartments owned by SJHP. Shelley Nemethy hosts Bible study based on renowned teacher Beth Moore

Davidson agent Shelley Nemethy will host a community Bible study called James: Mercy Triumphs beginning Thursday, October 6, at Davidson Realty’s World Golf Village office. The group will meet every Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. for eight weeks to complete the program, which was created by Biblical teacher and author Beth Moore.

“Every Beth Moore Bible study I have ever done has been life changing,” said Shelley, a top producing Realtor. “We are excited to welcome the community, get to know each other and share in great discussions.” Each session will include refreshments followed by a group chat and a video led by Beth.
