I wanted to take a break from our usual monthly Q & A format with our TOP PERFORMERS and personally brag about them for their accomplishments not only in March but the entire first quarter of 2024.

 

Margherite Myers is our TOP PRODUCER for MARCH! Margherite has been a World Golf Village resident for many years and has been with us at Davidson Realty for almost 15 years now. With her professional guidance and knowledge, she has helped so many people buy and sell homes in our Northeast Florida market. Margherite has been awarded multiple times the Five Star Professional Award: An award that recognizes outstanding real estate agents who show dedication to the customers and professional excellence. It’s no surprise she is TOPS!

 

Mirtha Barzaga is our TOP PRODUCER for the FIRST QUARTER! Mirtha is one of our TOP Agents both in SUPERIOR service and production. She has been Davidson’s Top Lister, Top Overall Sales, and Top Producer in 8 of the last 10 years here at our company. That accomplishment of sustained success in itself proves she is the BEST in the business. Mirtha chose Davidson 17 years ago to embark on her real estate career and we are beyond lucky she did!

Bonnie Weinstein knows all about making dreams come true. Growing up in Northeast Pennsylvania, Bonnie always dreamed of moving to Florida. Six years ago, she made her dream a reality by making Northeast Florida her new home. Now, Bonnie has joined the Davidson Realty team and is ready to help her clients’ dreams come true, too! 

 

Bonnie comes to Davidson Realty with an extensive background in both business and real estate. Her knowledge of the market, perseverance, and customer service skills make her a true joy to work with. “I believe my clients appreciate my flexibility, low-pressure sales, patience, and ability to hear what they want,” shares Bonnie.

Davidson Realty Welcomes New Agent Shauna Huddleston

Serving others has been instilled in Shauna Huddleston from an early age. The Jacksonville native spent most of her childhood traveling the world as her father was in the United States Air Force before eventually settling back in Saint Augustine, Florida. 

 

Shauna spent twenty-five years in the medical field using her passion of caring for the well-being of others every day. Shauna retired in 2015 from the healthcare field and quickly found excitement for property management. After spending nearly five years helping people find their perfect apartment home, Shauna Huddleston is fulfilling her grandmother’s wish to pursue a career in real estate and Davidson Realty is thrilled that she has joined our team of real estate experts. 

 

“Shauna is a great and very welcomed addition to our team. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having a background in property management services,” shares Andrea Gallagher, Davidson Realty Sales, and Training Manager. “Transitioning into a full-service real estate advisor helping customers buy, sell or rent seems only fitting and natural for her skill set and abilities.” 

 

For Shauna, Davidson Realty was the perfect fit. “I had an immediate connection with Sherry Davidson and the rest of the team. I felt led to join the brokerage as we share the same passions and core values. I am excited to share my passion for this area and help others find their dream homes,” shares Shauna. In her spare time, Shauna loves spending time with her family and friends. Shauna has been married for twenty years to a retired St. Johns County Deputy Sheriff and has two amazing children, two “bonus” kids, and a three-year-old Chihuahua! Some of Shauna’s favorite activities include traveling, camping, snorkeling, and paddleboarding. Shauna is also very active in the community and tries to do as much charitable work as possible.
