As we wrap up the first quarter of 2021, we see strong demand for Northeast Florida real estate. There are more buyers than supply of homes so we are seeing price increases. It was an awesome month of March and 1st quarter for Davidson Realty and I would like to recognize our Top Producers.

 

Candy Gil was our March Top Producer with the most closings. Candy was also our Top Sales agent for the Jax Beach Team for March and the 1st quarter. Candy raised her family in the beach area and is a great resource for anyone thinking of living the beach lifestyle.

 

 

 

 

Mirtha Bazaga was our 1st quarter Top Producer with the most closings. Mirtha was also our top lister and overall sales for the quarter and the month of March. Mirtha had $5 Million in sales for the 1st quarter. Her experience and professionalism make her a great choice to help you buy or sell.

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR TOP PRODUCERS FOR FEBRUARY 2021

Even though the weather has been cool, the Northeast Florida real estate market is hot.

 

I would like to recognize our Top Producers for the month of February. We had $7 Million in closings and $14 Million in sales for the month.

 

Our Top Producer with the most closings is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha had closings from Callahan to St. Augustine. She helped two sellers and two buyers. If you are looking to make a move, Mirtha would love to help you.

 

 

 

 

Our Top Sales Agent is Terri Apodaca. Terri helped three buyers find wonderful homes with two being new construction. Terri takes great care of her customers listening carefully to their needs and wants and spending as much time as it takes to find that home that fits them best.

Bonnie Weinstein knows all about making dreams come true. Growing up in Northeast Pennsylvania, Bonnie always dreamed of moving to Florida. Six years ago, she made her dream a reality by making Northeast Florida her new home. Now, Bonnie has joined the Davidson Realty team and is ready to help her clients’ dreams come true, too!

Buyer demand in January is still very strong. We had over $9 million in sales for the month. I would like to recognize our Top Performers for the month.

 

Lynn Whitley is our Top Producer (most closings) for January. Lynn is a true professional who is always improving herself with training. She is a Broker Associate and has earned many designations to serve her customers better. She gives the same level of care to less expensive transactions as she does to the luxury properties. Her customers rave about her service.

 

 

The Top Overall Sales and Top Lister is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha sold 4 of her listings in January and her overall sales volume was $2.6 Million for the month. Mirtha was just awarded Top Sales, Listings and Production (closings) for 2020. She is always one of our Tops.

It is time to celebrate the end of 2020 and our Top Producers for December and the 4th quarter. I am so proud of our team at Davidson Realty and the challenges they faced this year.

 

The Top Producer (most closings) and Top Sales agent for the month and quarter is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha helped customers find homes even though we are experiencing a shortage of available homes by also considering new construction. She had contracts with four different builders during the quarter. She helped customers buy or sell homes in World Golf Village and all over north Florida. She does whatever it takes to help her customers achieve their dreams.

 

 

The Top Listing agent for the month and quarter is Lynn Whitley. Lynn helped four customers to sell their homes during the quarter. Lynn has many years of real estate experience and has been a member of our team for over 12 years. She loves a challenge and handles many interesting properties.
