At Davidson Realty, we love our new realtors and Liz Pappaceno is our newest! Liz brings to us 27 years of dedicated experience working for the U.S. government. A New Jersey native, Liz graduated from Rider University and immediately took a position with the U.S. government, serving in Newark and Trenton. She later worked in Philadelphia and transferred to Jacksonville for a position in 2008. Davidson Realtor Zach Paul Launches Charity Program with a First Coast Focus

It’s the season of giving all year round for Davidson Realtor Zach Paul! He recently started a sales-based program that puts much needed funds back into the First Coast community. Every time someone buys or sells a home with Zach, they will get the opportunity to choose one of three local non-profit organizations to support. Zach pledges to donate 3% of his commission to the organization of their choice. Read more

Tammy Moorefield Joins the Davidson Realty Team

We are thrilled to welcome another agent to the Davidson Realty team of exceptional residential real estate professionals!  Tammy Moorefield is a new Davidson Realty agent who joins us with a global perspective having lived all over the world due to her husband David’s Naval career.

Tammy originates from New York.  She earned an English degree from the University of Maryland and teaching certificate from the University of West Florida.  After marrying her husband David, the Moorefield family spent 20 years moving around the world with the U.S. Navy (12 times to be exact), including Europe and Asia.  During that time, Tammy was dedicated to raising their children, serving as a teacher’s aide, managing school events, volunteering with the Military Spouses Club, and even teaching at international schools.  After her husband’s military retirement, the family settled in St. Augustine, a long-time favorite destination of theirs. Keely Ragin hails from Winston-Salem, North Carolina.  As part of a military family, she moved several times growing up and joined the U.S. Marine Corps herself after high school.  After her military career, she spent years as a defense contractor and program manager in the aerospace industry, in addition to earning a B.S. in Business and MBA in Organizational Leadership.  Eager to move south to be closer to relatives, Keely and her family relocated to the St. Augustine area.
