Congratulations to our Top Producers in April! Our Company had over $18 million in closings for the month, so it wasn’t easy to be the tops.

 

The Top Producer (closings) and Top Buyer Sales is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha had over $4 million in closings helping 10 families in the month. The Northeast Florida real estate market is heating up and the spring market continues to favor sellers. We are seeing multiple offers on most listings.

 

I want to congratulate our team of hard-working agents and especially our top agents for the month of March and the first quarter.

 

Our Top Producer, Top Sales Agent and Top Listing Agent for the month and the quarter is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha had over $4.3 million in closings and $5.5 million in sales for the quarter. Mirtha lives and sells in the World Golf Village area; however, she helps customers all over north Florida. The Top Producing and Tops Sales Team for the month and quarter is the Nemethy Group. Tim and Shelley had $1.9 million in closings and over $6.1 million in sales for the quarter. Our Jacksonville Beach team was also working hard. Caitlyn Hawkins was our Top Producer with the most closings for the month and the quarter. Caitlyn had over $1.7 million in closings for the quarter. Caitlyn and her family love the beach lifestyle. The Jacksonville Beach team Top Sales Agent for the month and quarter is Jennifer Todd. Jennifer had over $2.1 million in sales for the quarter. The Top Producer with the most closings for the month with over $1.1 million is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha is also our top listing agent with 3 listings sold in January. With all her community involvement and helping customers, Mirtha makes each customer feel cared for and that they are the only customer she is working with.

 

 

 

Our Top Sales agent for January is Caitlyn Hawkins with $1.3 million in sales. She is also our top Jacksonville Beach Team sales agent and top producer.
