April Was a Hot Month for Our Realtors – $14 Million in Sales!

We had a great month in April! The company brought in $14 million in sales and over $8 million in closings. The Northeast Florida market is really heating up. The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors’ market stats showed the pending sales for March jumped 10% from last March to 2,893, which is the highest number of contracts written in any month (including the peak of the market in 2005). Another strong month for Team Davidson in November! We had $5.2 million in sales and 30 closings during the month totaling $7.7 million.
