Team Davidson on Track to Surpass $90 Million Closing Goal

Tis the season! There’s so much to be thankful for this year, including our Jacksonville Realtors being on track to surpass our company goal of $90 million in closings. November was a solid month for our agents, bringing in $6.2 million in sales and $7.2 million in closings. Congratulations to Pauline Cake, Woody Cake, Suzy Evans and Mirtha Barzaga for topping the sales and closings chart!

Our Top Listing Agents for November are Pauline Cake and her husband Woody Cake. Pauline and Woody had $1.1 million in listings sold and total sales of $2.3 million. It’s no surprise our World Golf Village experts sold two of their own listings in World Golf Village’s King & Bear community. They also sold their own listing in Samara Lakes. Out of their three buyer sales, two were in World Golf Village (one in The Cascades, World Golf Village’s premier active adult community, and the other in the King & Bear). Team Davidson Closes Out October with over $8.8 Million in Sales!

Our Jacksonville Realtors finished strong in October with 23 different agents contributing to over $8.8 million in sales and $6.9 million in closings. October also brought more agents; we are up to 50 agents and counting! Congratulations to all of Team Davidson on a great month and welcome to all our new Realtors. Here are the top agents for the month of October:

The Top Listing Agent for October is Margherite Myers with $785,000 in listings sold. Margherite sold a riverfront home listing in Jacksonville. Margherite has great experience and knowledge working with buyers trying to relocate to our area. She is also an expert on 55+ communities in our area, including The Cascades in World Golf Village. Nearly $12 Million in Sales for August – Congrats to Top Realtors Jennifer Todd and Mirtha Barzaga!

Congratulations to Team Davidson for achieving almost $12 million in sales and $6.4 million in closings for the month of August. Even better news…September is already off to an incredible start! Our outstanding sales numbers would not have been possible without 23 of our Jacksonville Realtors, but we have to give special acknowledgment to our ladies on top! Hard work really paid off for Jennifer Todd and Mirtha Barzaga.

The Top Lister for August is Jennifer Todd with over $1.3 million in listings sold. Jennifer sold four of her own listings – one commercial property, homes in Julington Creek and Heritage Landing, and a condo in St. Augustine. What’s even more impressive is she sold her Julington Creek listing in nine days and closed in sixteen days! Read more

Hard Work Pays Off with Great Numbers in July – Congrats to Maxine, Mirtha and The Cakes!

July brought many reasons to celebrate.  We hit our residential home sales goals; 24 of our hard working Jacksonville Realtors logged sales or closings; and, as a bonus, Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson was named one of The Jacksonville Business Journal’s Women of Influence for 2013! Team Davidson boasted total sales of $7.6 million and closings of $6.6 million in July. Congratulations to Maxine Levy, Mirtha Barzaga and Pauline and Woody Cake for making it to the top!

The Top Listing Agent for the month of July is Maxine Levy with over $850,000 in listings sold and total sales over $950,000. Maxine sold three of her own listings, including land to a builder for new construction in Green Cove Springs, a condominium in Fleming Island, and a home in Turnberry (a World Golf Village community). MAY IS BANNER MONTH with Over $9 Million in Sales and $11.7 Million in Closings – Congratulations to Pauline, Mirtha and Suzy!

May was our best month since July 2007 with over $9 million in sales and over $11 million in closings! Also during May, Davidson Realty was named the number one Best Place to Work in Jacksonville by the Jacksonville Business Journal for the third time and all our agents and staff had a blast cheering on the Braves and Cubs in our annual agent baseball contest (Go Cubs!). We had 24 agents with transactions in May, but we have to give special congratulations to the three ladies that seem to remain on top – Pauline Cake, Mirtha Barzaga and Suzy Evans!

Pauline Cake and her husband Woody Cake have been top performers all year and May is no different. They are our Top Listing Agents with $800,000 in listings sold. They sold two of their own listings in the King & Bear Community in World Golf Village. Pauline and Woody were our Top Producers in April, Top Listing Agents in March and Top Producers in February.
