Our Realtors have been working hard for their customers and it shows in our numbers for June and the 2nd Quarter of 2016! Team Davidson brought in $13.4 million in sales for June and $8.1 million in closings. We had 43 different Realtors with sales for the quarter, totaling $35.3 million. Our closings were impressive with the team bringing in $29 million! Congratulations to all of our agents on a job well done! $14 Million in Sales for April – Congrats to Suzy, Amy, Ben and First Coast Rooftops!

Sales are surely picking up in Northeast Florida! Our Jacksonville Realtors brought in $14 million in sales and over $9 million in closings for the month of April. We had 29 agents with sales and 21 agents with closings! Congratulations to our entire team of professionals!

Our Top Listing Agent for the month is Suzy Evans with over $1.1 million in listings sold and over $1.6 million in total sales. Suzy sold four of her own listings and had two buyer sales. Team Davidson had an incredible night celebrating all the success of 2015 at our 15th Annual Awards Celebration! Serenata Beach Club provided the perfect venue for all the fun, delicious food, dancing and photo booth ridiculousness. Each table was set up to represent previous award party themes since 2005. We took a look back at our “Survivor Party”, “Stayin’ Alive Party, “Rock N Roll Party” and more. Team Davidson Finished 2015 Strong – Congrats to our Top Realtors in December & the 4th Quarter!

2016 is here and our Realtors are ready to rock! Even though we’ve hit the ground running, we need to take a look back at how our awesome team finished out the year. We had $6.9 million in sales for the month of December and $6.2 million in closings. And, for the 4th Quarter of 2015, our team brought in $24 million in sales and $21 million in closings. Congratulations to our Realtors on top – Suzy, Mirtha, Colleen, Amy and Team Overman!

Suzy Evans is our Top Listing Agent for December with over $750,000 in listings sold and over $1.1 million in total sales. Suzy sold her own listings in Crosswater at Pablo Bay in Jacksonville and Palencia in St Augustine. Read more
