It was an incredible month of sales in February for our Jacksonville Realtors! The company had $11.9 million in sales for the month with 25 different agents posting transactions.

Congratulations to our Top Realtors in February:

The Top Listing Agent for February is Mirtha Barzaga with almost $1 million in listings sold and over $2.1 million in total sales. Mirtha had seven transactions during the month – three new construction homes, one homesite, and one condominium in World Golf Village’s King & Bear community, one new construction home in St. Augustine and one resale home. She was also our Top Listing Agent and Top Sales Agent for January. Read more

Celebrating a Rock’n 2012 with the Davidson Companies!

Team Davidson showed they know how to finish strong! Our Jacksonville Realtors are determined to finish strong in 2011! The Davidson team closed October out with $7.9 million in sales and $5.2 million in closings. Twenty-four different agents had transactions to make for a very successful month, but there are three that stood out from the crowd and reign as the top Realtors for October!

Jennifer Todd is no stranger to the tops list in 2011 and we are thrilled to name her as our Top Lister for October with over $900,000 in listings sold!  Jennifer sold four of her own listings – two in World Golf Village’s King & Bear community, one in Ponte Vedra Beach and one in Jacksonville. Suzy & Mirtha Dominate the Tops for September and the Third Quarter!

September turned out to be another excellent month and the hard working Davidson team ended the third quarter of 2012 strong! We had $7.8 million in sales and $5.6 million in closings for the month and $22 million in sales and $19 million in closings for the quarter! There were two ladies that really stood out not only in September, but for the entire third quarter. Congratulations to Suzy and Mirtha!

Suzy Evans is our Top Lister and Top Sales Agent for September and the Top Sales Agent and Top Producer for the third quarter! She had almost $900,000 in listings sold and almost $1.5 million in buyer sales for September. As always, Suzy sells all over Northeast Florida from St. Augustine to downtown Jacksonville with a total of six sales for the month! For the quarter, Suzy had $3.2 million in sales, over $2.1 million in buyer sales and over $1 million in listings sold. Suzy’s ten closings in the quarter (three of which were new home construction) totaled almost $3 million in closings! Read more
