Davidson Realty donates time and funding to St. Johns Housing Partnership on Make A Difference Day

Our thanks to the wonderful group of Davidson agents who gathered on Saturday, October 22, to mark the 25th annual Make A Difference Day by volunteering with St. Johns Housing Partnership! Davidson Realty also donated $1,000 to SJHP.

Liz Pappaceno, Terri Otterman, Anita McNeill, Franco D’Orazio, Margherite Myers, Patricia Lee, Shirley Barber, Shelley Nemethy and her husband Tim, all joined Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson to lend a hand with hurricane clean-up for nearly 80 low-income seniors in apartments owned by SJHP. Terri Otterman Becomes Davidson Realty’s Newest Agent

Another superb agent has joined Team Davidson! Terri Otterman brings to our firm diverse professional experience including several years as a Realtor.

“Terri is a dedicated and customer-focused agent with a solid understanding of the Northeast Florida market. We’re glad to have her on our team,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson.

Terri was born and raised in South Florida. She began her real estate career in 1993 and earned numerous production awards as well as Rookie of the Year. Terri also has entrepreneurial experience as owner of a Christian bookstore, newspaper columnist and co-owner of an auction business. Read more
