Suzy Evans is our Top Producer for March with $2.3 Million in closings for the month. Suzy uses technology and her negotiation skills to set herself apart. She works tirelessly to help her customers achieve their goals.

 

 

Lynn Whitley is our Top Sales agent for March. Lynn has been in real estate for over 20 years and is always learning more. She is a Broker Associate and has many designations. Lynn’s customers appreciate the time she spends with them making them very comfortable with the sales process.

I would like to recognize our entire team for a great February with over $9 Million in closings.

 

The Top Producing, Top Sales and Top Listing agent for the month is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha helped 6 families make a move this month for a total volume over $2.5 Million. Mirtha supports Nease High School ROTC and band programs in addition to many other local causes.

 

 

 

The Top Producing Team for February is Dana Usrey and Deborah Shadowen, a great mother-daughter team. Dana and Deborah are very active in the local schools and involved in Davidson Realty’s “Deck the Chairs” entry every year.

November was a great month at Davidson Realty for sales. It is great to see so many buyers out in November.

 

Congratulations to Jennifer Todd, our Top Producer for the company and Top Producer and Tops Sales for the Jacksonville Beach office. Jennifer lives and sells at the beach, but she was in new construction in the World Golf Village area before she joined our team over 11 years ago and continues to sell all over the First Coast.

 

 

The Top Sales agent for the month is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha helped 7 families buy or sell homes this month for a total volume of $2.3 Million in addition to hosting her Thanksgiving and Holiday food and toy collection events.
