Davidson Realty had a great February as this brisk real estate market continues in Northeast Florida. I want to congratulate our top producers of the month.

 

Our Top Producer with the most closings and our Top Sales Agent for the month is Reba Barkley.  Reba had over $1 million in closings and sales for the month. Reba’s customers love her willingness to go the extra mile for them. She is a true professional.

 

 

 

 

Our Top Lister with over $1 million in listings sold and $2 million in total sales is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha finished 2021 as our Triple Crown winner. She was our Top Producer, Top Lister and Top Sales for the company.

The Top Producer with the most closings for the month with over $1.1 million is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha is also our top listing agent with 3 listings sold in January. With all her community involvement and helping customers, Mirtha makes each customer feel cared for and that they are the only customer she is working with.

 

 

 

Our Top Sales agent for January is Caitlyn Hawkins with $1.3 million in sales. She is also our top Jacksonville Beach Team sales agent and top producer. Caitlyn and her family love living at the beach and experiencing all the wonderful outdoor activities. The Top Producing and Top Sales Team for January is the Nemethy Group. Tim and Shelley Nemethy also enjoy the beach lifestyle of surfing and boating. They enjoy working by referral and are familiar with new construction as well as existing homes in all areas of Northeast Florida. Tim is also selling the office condos that will be breaking ground soon at the entrance to the King & Bear.

Happy New Year! I hope 2022 will be your best year ever.

 

I want to congratulate our Top Producers for December and the 4th quarter of 2021.

 

The Top Producer (closings) for December and the Top Producer and Top Sales Agent for the 4th quarter is Suzy Evans. Suzy had $7.5 million in closings and $8.5 million in sales for the quarter. Suzy has numerous designations and is always trying to learn more about real estate and technology to help her customers.

 

 

 

The Top Sales Agent for December and the Top Listing Agent for the 4th quarter is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha helped 7 families sell their homes in the 4th quarter and had $5 million in sales for buyers and sellers. Mirtha also hosted her annual customer appreciation party and organized three food and toy drives in different neighborhoods.

The holiday season is upon us and in full swing much like our dedicated agents at Davidson Realty helping lots of wonderful people make moves this time of year.  We are so grateful for them and our customers for making November another incredible month.  Here is a peek of our top performers for the month.

 

Suzy Evans is our Top Producer with $1.4 Million in closings for the month.  It is no surprise she is ranked in the Top 2% of all Northeast Florida Realtors and was named as part of the Top 50 Best Real Estate Agents in Northeast Florida by the Jacksonville Business Journal.  Her customers love her as evidenced by their many referrals and so do we.  We are so lucky she is part of our Davidson Family!

The real estate market has slowed slightly and it may give buyers a better opportunity to find a home they love; however, there is still plenty of buyer demand and Davidson Realty had another awesome month.

 

Margherite Myers is the Top Producer with $1.4 Million in closings for the month. Margherite loves helping customers in World Golf Village and surrounding communities. When she isn’t helping customers, she loves spending time with her family.
