The holiday season is here, but real estate is still very active. Congratulations to all of our Top Producers for November.

 

The Top Producer with the most closings for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with $1.6 Million in closings. Mirtha also has the most overall sales with over $1 Million in sales. All while having multiple toy and food drives for the Homeless Coalition and treating her customers to pies for Thanksgiving and Poinsettias and eggnog for Christmas.

 

 

 

The Agent with the most Buyer Sales is Jennifer Todd. Jennifer found two buyers the perfect home. She is very creative in this market with homes moving so quickly. You have to know the market well to assist buyers in this great market.

Davidson Realty’s team ended another spectacular month of real estate transactions. Davidson Realty’s team of real estate experts at our St. Augustine and Beaches offices wrapped up the month of October with thirty-three closings for a total of more than $11.6 million and twenty-nine sales for a total of more than $9.3 million in sales. The Top Producer and Top Buyer Sales Agent for the month was Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha had more than $1.3 million in closings and $1.1 million in buyer sales. Mirtha continues to thrive at Davidson Realty and is regularly recognized as a top producer.

 

 

Suzy Evans was Davidson Realty’s Top Listing and Top Overall Sales Agent for the month of October with more than $1.5 million in total sales. Davidson Realty’s Top Sales and Top Producing Team for the month of October was The Nemethy Group. Shelley and Tim Nemethy had more than $2 million in closings last month. CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR TOP PRODUCERS FOR SEPTEMBER AND THIRD QUARTER

Davidson Realty ended the third quarter with another successful month of real estate transactions. Agents from Davidson Realty’s St. Augustine and Beaches offices finished the month with 31 closings totaling more than $9.7 million and 35 contracts totaling more than $9.6 million in sales. Congratulations to Davidson Realty’s Top Producers for their hard work in September and the third quarter. 

 

 

The Top Producer and Top Lister for the month of September was Mirtha Barzaga with more than $1.8 million in closings. Mirtha was also Davidson Realty’s Top Sales and Top Listing Agent for the third quarter with more than $2.5 million in listings sold and $1.7 million in buyer sales. Mirtha dedicates her time to Davidson Realty’s mentoring program to help other agents achieve success in real estate. 

 

 

Davidson Realty’s Top Sales Agent for the month of September was Suzy Evans with more than $1.8 million in sales. With more than $4.9 million in closings, Suzy was Davidson Realty’s Top Producing Agent for the third quarter. Suzy has been named one of the Top 50 Best Real Estate Agents in Northeast Florida by the Jacksonville Business Journal. 

 

 

The Nemethy Group was Davidson Realty’s Top Producing and Top Sales Team for September and the third quarter. In September, The Nemethy Group had more than $2.6 million in closings and more than $2 million in sales to round out the third quarter with more than $8.5 million in closings and $6.2 million in sales. Davidson top producer Mirtha Barzaga honored with NEFBA Laurel Award (again!)

Congratulations go out to Mirtha Barzaga, who recently brought home her 12th NEFBA Laurel Award! She earned this year’s award in the category of “2018 Top Producer: Real Estate Agent Representing a Buyer (Individual).”

 

Mirtha’s 2018 production topped $16 million and she was recently presented with our 2018 Gold Award and Triple Crown (top closing agent, top sales agent and top listing agent).

 

“As one of the hardest working agents I know, Mirtha truly earns every accolade she receives and we’re always glad to have her on our team,” said Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty.
