It’s the season of giving all year round for Davidson Realtor Zach Paul! He recently started a sales-based program that puts much needed funds back into the First Coast community. Every time someone buys or sells a home with Zach, they will get the opportunity to choose one of three local non-profit organizations to support. New Agent Zach Paul Brings Home Construction and Sales Experience to His New Role with the Davidson Team

We’re happy to welcome Zach Paul to our team of Realtors serving Jacksonville and St. Augustine.  Zach’s background in home sales and construction gained from positions with two national homebuilders is valuable experience for his home selling and home buying clients.  After earning his degree in Business Management from Florida State University, Zach began his career with national homebuilders Pulte and Lennar Homes.  Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Zach is not only very familiar with the area, but he also brings a knowledgeable perspective from his previous experience in real estate.
